Neatebox’s Customer Service app has been designed to help Customer Service Teams and destination staff deliver better, more effective and importantly timely support for their disabled customers. The information supplied to the venue is input by the customer in advance and places an aide-memoire and specific visit requirements in the hands of the service team as the customer enters the retail environment.
Using the CS application is a simple process, the customer inputs their basic details and disability requirements in advance including any specific needs for that visit.
Once they arrive at your business, you will be notified of their arrival on your smart device with bullet point information as to best practice when offering service to someone with similar requirements. This information is supplied by major organisations representing the disability in question.
